The jet ski was under water and am trying to get it running to build a jet jon.. I pulled the engine and took it apart except the crank case and solvent tanked everything until it was spotless and put it back together. I have it mounted on two 4X4 skids and most of the wiring hooked up. Spark was weak to start with but got it to fire right off after priming. At one time it ran great for a few seconds and quit. It now has decent spark on the front plug and weak to intermittent on the two rear cylinders. Any advice would be great. This the first jet ski I have ever touched but have worked on several boat engines, motorcycles, chainsaws and such. Thanks

This I have tried so far. I ran an ohm check from each coil input wire to the end of the plug wire and they where similar. I then unscrewed the plug boots from the wires and bobbed 3/8in from the wires. I done a continuity check just on the plug boots to find they must have a gap or something in them because there was nothing. Ohm check showed about 5.0. The plug wires are copper core and not airamid/carbon. I then shot some fuel down the plug holes and it started for about two seconds and quit only to foul the plugs with raw fuel and would not light off again.
