Hi,

I took my Sea Doo out to the river this weekend and let a friend borrow it. Well to make a long story short while he was trying to tied off to a cleat at the loading dock the Sea Doo turn off and the current rammed him under a tour boat that was fueling at the dock. While trying to free it up it capsize and got flooded. After we turned it over and removed most off the water out I let it sit all day hoping it would crank but no luck. What should i check, do or replaced before taking it to a shop for repairs.
Thanks

pull sparkplugs out and crank it over several times till no water sprays out of cylinders then add mystery oil or w-d to cylinders and carb, actually I would spray all electrical boxes inside and out with w-d clean battery terminals etc, and see if it wants to run

I would get it to nearest seadoo shop as soon as possible they should be able to save it the longer the water sits in the more damage it will have . We just parted out a 2001 gtx di that sank it sat to long with water in it . In the mean time i would pull the plugs and do exactly what matt said spray every thing with wd.
